We collect the information you submit through the contact form so we can respond to a correction or enquiry. This may include your name, email, optional phone number and message.

How it is used

Submitted information is used only to handle the message, maintain the directory and prevent misuse. It is not sold or added to a marketing list. A validated submission is stored in a dedicated Cloudflare-hosted ledger before delivery so a temporary receiving-system outage does not lose it.

Optional analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, first-party analytics record limited visit information such as pages viewed, referral details and a session identifier. This helps connect a submitted enquiry with the page that led to it. Unsubmitted form details are not collected, and the site does not load third-party advertising pixels.

Retention and access

Messages and delivery records are kept for correspondence, operational reconciliation and applicable record-keeping needs. To request access or deletion, email mail@geraldtonaircharter.com.au.
